Update: Deloitte is exploring which datasets are available for this information and will report back to the WG. At the same time, they are drafting prototype content and viz. Will present two prototypes each on Mar 10 and Mar 17.

18F and Deloitte have combined efforts to understand the scope of content development necessary. This revealed that the least-known part of the content is the fiscal regime/process/law part so Deloitte's research team will focus on this next.

Google doc is under comment/suggestion that combines Deloitte narrative work, Deloitte prototype work, ONRR work and current content on USEITI live beta site.
