Support for Razer Basilisk (Ultimate) (and maybe others?)

Razer Basilisk support appears to not be implemented in the library, but it is implemented in openrazer (search for "basilisk" in https://github.com/openrazer/openrazer/blob/master/driver/razermouse_driver.c).

Non-ultimate support was already implemented in FruityKit (https://github.com/FruityRazer/FruityKit/blob/ab9902e7c41b52bf4029df4d14efc3e1ca0fc938/FruityKit/Core/openrazer/razermouse_driver.c), but it should be better to just port all most recent changes. :)

While we're at it, we should also add support for the new devices already supported in openrazer, like the Razer Huntsman Mini.

@edualm Support for Razer Basilisk, V2, V3, & Ultimate, and Huntsman Mini support was added to librazermacos & FruityRazer. Can this issue be closed?
