When a subscription group filter is active, import subscriptions fails

Expected behavior

import config from QRcode and import config from clipboard of the + menu of the main screen should import subscription URLs.

Actual behavior

If a subscription group filter is active, importing subscription URLs and QRcodes fails and "Failure" error message pops up on screen.

But if I clear the subscription group filter, then "import config from QRcode" and "import config from clipboard" of the + menu of the main screen will import subscriptions.

Reproduction method

1. Activate a subscription group filter.
2. Try adding a subscription via "import config from clipboard" or "import config from QRcode". It fails.
3. Clear the subscription group filter and try step 2. It succeeds.
