Can't add or move skills or items to "Quick slot" without using the Key Config

Describe the bug
Cannot drag items or skills onto the Quick slot UI nor move them around.

To Reproduce

1. Try to drag item or skill onto Quick slot

Expected behavior
Items and skills can be added and moved around on the Quick slot UI.

hey, thanks for taking the time to report this

honestly i've noticed this too but never considered it a too high prio fix cuz it didnt affect resolution directly and in the vanilla setup i would accidentally move or click stuff on the quickbar

i am currently working on function hooks and new ways to get built in client functions to do things we want (basically learning/r'n'd)

when i find the time i'll definitely take on the challenge of fixing this!
