Describe the bug
When using only the DLL on VM environments (Ubuntu + VirtualBox W10) and (Mac + Crossover), I encountered this scrambled error message

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install clean v83 MS
  2. Drop in the dll
  3. Use the provided client w/o admin + 4gb
