(MetaModule) Add a Knob (or CV in) to change the current knob set

The Problem:

There is no way to change the knob set in the MetaModule via a knob or CV. The only way to change sets is to click on the buttons. This is a important because it is a problem for those who want to be able to change knob sets using a knob on their midi controller.

Suggested Solution:

Add a knob or a CV input on the module where the black knob is on its real counterpart. This would allow users to to use midi->cv modules or stoermelder's CV-MAP to control what knob set they are on.
