и бегут сообщения про какой-то датацентр телеграма, который, как я понимаю, жёстко прописан и самостоятельно его не прописать через конфиг

я так понимаю дело в этом alexbers/mtprotoproxy@c894790 и вот этом alexbers/mtprotoproxy@bc841cf
