Several pieces of literature have used graph theory to study atypical brain function in some mental disorders, such as ADHD, autism, schizophrenia, and epilepsy. Many researchers reported significant alteration in local and global properties of the small-world brain functional networks in ADHD, there are few studies that have investigated the topological organization of functional networks across the whole brain. However, the characteristics of the modular configuration and composition of the brain functional network in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are still largely unexplored. In this study, we will investigate the changes in the modular organization of brain functional networks in attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) using resting-state functional magnetic resonance images (fMRI) of ADHD and healthy individuals. We aim to address two questions - a.) Alteration of modular organization in ADHD and healthy, & b)Study the degree of alteration of modular organization between the groups across different age groups

Tools and algorithms to be used

DPABI/fMRIprep
Brain connectivity toolbox
Cytoscape & BrainNetViewer

Skills we could use help with (optional)

MATLAB
Graph-theoretical analysis
