Performance upgrades

Many bug fixes

Behind the scenes technical changes
- With the .NET 6 upgrade, Mappalachia is able to continue to use updated supporting SQLite libraries
- .NET 6 is now packaged into the release, meaning end users will not need to install the runtime
- All new settings above are stored and restored via the preferences file
- The database is now agnostic to Cells or Worldspaces, and exports all automatically (known internally as 'spaces') - this means there is no additional work required to support a new worldspace if added
- The background image for worldspaces is now automatically found by matching their editorID against the image file name
- Optimization to preprocessor has dramatically reduced the memory it assigns
- The preprocessor has also been migrated to .NET 6
- Database summary is much more robust, allowing easy validation of the Mappalachia database as soon as Bethesda release an update
- Large amount of refactoring of the code base has taken place, which again ensures Mappalachia remains easily maintainable into the future, and allows other developers to more easily work on the project
