Richtext URL to Internal Link

Hi,

I am working on SEO optimisation and some of the warnings are internal redirects. In general, if I have an internal link within richtext field, that would generate a link, which will redirect to the date slug:

ex:
/blog/learn-more-about-puput -> /blog/2024/10/learn-more-about-puput

What is the easiest way to generate a correct link including the date?
