Flipper is an information state (IS) dialogue manager (DM) originally developed by Mark ter Maat at the University of Twente.
Right now it's being used in the ARIA-VALUSPA project and maintained by Siewart van Wingerden and Jelte van Waterschoot.
If you plan on using Flipper, we recommend using FlipperMMDS for building more complex systems.
We might hate Bugs even more than you do. Feel free to use the build-in issue tracker.
