Collect information about product annotations

(see #300) the way eccodes computes product descriptions vary in interesting ways depending on all sorts of other metadata types.

In order to understand the behaviour better, I can make code that computes names for products in a dataset with eccodes, and checks how stable is the correspondance between the arkimet product metadata and the eccodes computed names.

We can use this issue to collect experimental data, which we can then use for design
