[Feature Request]: Custom model token display field.

What would your feature do ?

With all the custom models, trained with particular trigger tokens to kick them off, it would be nice to have a little display of what the model is looking for.

It'd be super cool it it could pull it from the checkpoint, but even if it was just an editable 'comment' that you could save the token into manually would be awesome. Right now, I have a spreadsheet with the model names and the trigger token. I looked through the open issues and couldn't find a request for this, but if it's a repeat, please delete. :)
