Our targets:

Get the runtime changed done by beginning of April so it is ready for integration test
Do migration test along with Parity in April
Have frontend changes completed by beginning of May

The runtime changes needed:

Update XCM transact format
Send to AH instead of relay

Frontend changes needed:

Update Bridge UI to disable XCM to relaychain
Read relay token balances from AH
Validator info read from AH (edited)
