Steps to reproduce:

1. Disable all filters
2. Go to the User rules and add ||livejasmin.com^$popup,third-party
3. Go to https://www.livejasmin.com/en/girls

Expected Behavior

The website shouldn't be blocked.

Actual Behavior

The website is blocked. And if we use

||livejasmin.com^$third-party
||livejasmin.com^$popup

the website loads correctly.
