Some feeds have more than 10 entries on one second, leading to unavoidable missed articles

This is known and is due to our making the polls always return 10 entries (to make some other aspects of the problem easier).

We'll probably remove the extra entries or introduce variable length poll responses in the future, but don't worry about it for your submissions!
