Currently all unintrusive servers have the same tooltip.

However, we know for sure that vanilla servers don't allow for plugins that can make all users' messages unreportable, so we can add a special message for that case.

Suggested message:

"gui.nochatreports.safety_status.unintrusive_vanilla": "This server allows you to send unsigned messages which cannot be reported to Mojang. Because this is a vanilla server, vanilla clients will still send signed messages, display unsigned messages as \"Unverified\" and not show them if \"Only Show Secure Chat\" is enabled in chat options.",

Reasoning

Better inform the users about

• how messages work on the server,
• plugins not being addable on vanilla servers
• the server being a vanilla server at all

Other Information

Seeing a modded server spoofed as vanilla is not really a concern in this case, as that rarely happens and the only thing that would change is the visible tooltip, no harm to the user or NCR logic.
