Twitter連携を解除して別アカウントと連携したとき、新しく連携されたアカウントでtwittercrawler.pyを動かす必要があるため、twittercrawler.pyの再起動処理が必要だが、現状では実装されていない。

TwitterのストリーミングAPIが終了するのでcronでREST APIを叩くように変えた( a820827 )ので問題が消えた。
