ascent build with uberenv.py

When I am trying to install ascent with uberenv.py it fails for me complaining no configuration json file found.

Using uberenv wil require crafting a spack config files.

build_ascent.sh will work with your loaded modules, if you are willing to give that a try.

I was able to build with build_ascent.sh. Thank you.
This is how I invoked uberenv.py
python3.10 scripts/uberenv/deprecated_uberenv.py --install --prefix="build"
