Improve the GitHub page for ListEmoticons,

Current "just scroll down" model isn't the best.

Let's bring

• Table Of Content - let it be somewhere on the left, scrollable. Idk something like this. I think one of git pages tempates had such tech. Maybe, worth exploring for partial copy.

• (???) Decrease .gifs size to 32 or 16 - it will allow to put 4 or even 5 emotes per row. It's pixelated art anyway. It will also improve page loading speed drastically.
• Categorize teams together, probably?
  • note: separate code for categorizing emoticons/formatting and creating gifs into different cells
  • team IDs into team names
• Add "To the top" button.
• Maybe, filters or something ? So it just shows all TUN emotes.
• Change header colour for purple
• We can put some footnote mention for fork and what's improved, but not sure.
