Firefox Sandcastle resize issue on startup... #608

Running the Sandcastle for the first time in Firefox causes the Cesium window to not resize properly, causing a very distorted globe.

I've seen this in Chrome sometimes too. Not a showstopper for today as long as a refresh can work around it. I'll take a look when the grid material is done.

1. Fixes #608 by adding a render counter and always resizing the window every 60 frames.
2. Add a `useDefaultRenderLoop` property and constructor option to `CesiumWidget` so that users can turn on/off the default render loop at will.
