Cannot install Luci #1208

Device Model/Firmware: DGA ( DGA4132 ) AGTHP_2.4.0
GUI Version: 9.7.7-b55fe2d8
I do have internet connectivity, however, it returns error 4.

Installing luci (git-20.155.55668-a972bdb-1) to root...
Downloading https://repository.macoers.com/homeware/18/brcm63xx-tch/VANTW/luci/luci_git-20.155.55668-a972bdb-1_all.ipk
Collected errors:

opkg_download: Failed to download https://repository.macoers.com/homeware/18/brcm63xx-tch/VANTW/luci/luci_git-20.155.55668-a972bdb-1_all.ipk, wget returned 4.
opkg_download: Check your network settings and connectivity.
opkg_install_pkg: Failed to download luci. Perhaps you need to run 'opkg update'?
opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package luci.

Solved it by installing [9.7.6-2ebc4a41] and running /usr/share/transformer/scripts/appInstallRemoveUtility.sh install luci via ssh
