BUG 描述
"@antmjs/vantui": "^3.5.4",版本中，Toast组件定义了setDefaultOptions方法，但实际上获取不到。

复现步骤
1、安装@antmjs/vantui 3.5.4版本，然后调用或打印Toast. setDefaultOptions方法，发现setDefaultOptions这个方法是undefined
期望结果
能够像dialog.setDefaultOptions方法一样，达到预期效果。

实际结果
Toast.setDefaultOptions() is not a function
