Case Sensitive

If you have a model that is either
1: Model named with a capital letter eg. Eagle.bbmodel
2: Has any bone or bone group with a capital letter

The client will receive an error:
Failed to load model minecraft:models/item/magma_cream.json
aa: Non [a-z0-9/._-] character in path of location: worldseed:mobs/eagle.bbmodel/hit/tailWing

I propose the generated pack is made all lowercase.
