Project name matching error in azure.yaml #12

Issue Description:
Project name should be ./text_summarization/ rather than ./text_summarize/in azure.yaml

Suggestion:

Synchronize the project name.

In addition, when using the correct project name to continue executing azd up, you will encounter the same error as : Azure-Samples/function-csharp-ai-openai-chatgpt#4
