Description

Related to #1363

Blocked by #1791

Once the new dependencies approach is merged for all modules, the logic replacing the <<resourceGroupName>> token will not be used anymore, thus it needs to be cleaned up from the repo.

Some occurrences include the setting.yml file, all pipelines, the wiki
