When will Azure Functions support Java 21?

JDK17 support was confirmed in #548

Java 21 for Linux is currently in testing and planned to be in public preview by next month. Will keep you updated

I don't know if it's related but anything under the com.microsoft.azure.functions.spi.inject.FunctionInstanceInjector service is not working at all under Java 21
