How to set attributes for tags in device twin from the backend?

Dear all,

I have registered my device to IoT Hub with the device provisioning service (dps) by using the x509 certs.
What I want to program now is to set in the device twin attributes for "tags" by a parameter while running the provisioning code.

How can I define attributes for tags?
Or how can I make general changes in the device twin from the backend?

I know, that the tag can be set in the enrollment group, but I must set the tag while running my provisioning code in my case.
