Description: Aiming for public preview the service will allow internal (1P) teams to register signed statements into the ledger. The implementation is aligned with the latest SCITT IETF drafts. Third parties will be able to access the ledger and download the proofs. Very similar to Azure Confidential Ledger but differs due to IETF
