Description: Azure Communication Services (ACS) Rooms is an Azure service that provides application developers with enhanced control over who can participate in a call, when meetings occur, and how collaboration happens within a role-based framework.
This PR will introduce a new role known as the collaborator role. This role will function similarly to the current attendee role, but it will additionally permit users to share their screens, windows, and applications.
