[Feature Request]: Extend ML Workspaces common test with recently added parameters

Description

ML Workspaces module input parameter list has been extended with two additional optional parameters serviceManagedResourcesSettings and sharedPrivateLinkResources by PR Azure/ResourceModules#2240.

Since common tests aim to validate as many input parameters as possible, the ML Workspaces common test needs to be extended to validate also the new parameters.
