based on discussion with @NickKeller on #418

the limiting calls for the base sdk (non-graph) were entra id app related, which are supported by the graph sdk

we would registery an appID similar to how the azcli does, and then auth the user (with support for non-interactive sessions ideally too) https://github.com/Azure/azure-cli/blob/dev/src/azure-cli-core/azure/cli/core/auth/constants.py
