Description
The MLZ Configuration UI requires a login to verify at a minimum that the user is within the tenant that the MLZ templates are being deployed from.

Acceptance Criteria
When accessing the UI it requires a user to login.
UI backend interfaces with AAD to login and verify the user and obtain a token
The UI rest end points requires a valid session in order to perform any functions
