iOS 13 has made changes around the authenticator's ability to verify applications. Currently, ADAL.NET relies on the sourceApplication to verify requests, this will need to be modified.

Included in 5.2.2 release, which entails generating a nonce which is sent in the broker request and verified w/the response.
