I have made some improvements based on your experimental profile for Colorfabb nGenflex.

Printtemp: 245 C
Reduced Retraction to: 4 mm
Reduced Bedtemp to: 70 C

Bed heatup sequentiell
M140 S[bed0_temperature]
M190 S[bed0_temperature]
M104 S[extruder0_temperature] T0
M109 S[extruder0_temperature] T0
