I noticed that clicking the parent link on the menu opens a page. For example, when I click 'Home', it opens a page and I have to click the dropdown arrow beside 'Home' to get it to reveal the subpages: "Before you start" and "What is BIRDS?"
I'll suggest the "Home" link should not have a page attached to it. This includes other parent links as well.
Once clicked, it should reveal the subpages in the dropdown instead of opening a new page by itself. This will improve user experience and prevent confusion.
