###Three Rules for Everyone###

First and most important rule is - try to keep in line with other catalogues for the given system.

Second, catalogue should enable any legal roster to be created. What I mean is that if you can't implement condition exactly as it should, it's better to leave space for illegal builds than to throw errors on some legal ones. We've all made that mistake.

Third and last: simplicity. That has wide meaning.

  • use default entries in Entry Groups
  • when adding entry to roster, user should get legal entry, not a one in which he has to choose basic weapon for everyone to get rid of that error
  • name Entry Groups so that everyone knows what's inside and how many can he take, ie. "Weapons - choose 2", or "Drones - up to 2 per member"
