Horus Aximand - Rite of War Validation Error

A validation error exists when using a Rite of War with Horus Aximand as your Warlord. His rules list the 'Master of the Legion' trait in the data; however, it seems that it is not considered when validating the list.

This is an issue both on Battlescribe and New Recruit. A screenshot is available here.

To Reproduce

1. Create Sons of Horus Traitor List.
2. Select Horus Aximand and set as Warlord.
3. Add a Rite of War.
4. Check validation.
