This project contains a pipeline for plasmid identification. A new approach has been developed using mapping, assembly, annotation and visualization of whole genome sequencing data.
First things first, for this to work there are a few dependencies you need to have installed. Also, it is necessary to have a refseq DB for every plasmid sequence known at the moment. You can find the the dependency list in Dependencies and the procedure to generate the DB files in References.
