[Bug]: Linphone cannot receive calls through Asterisk

Context

I have tried connecting Linphone iOS app/android/desktop to my Asterisk server.
Outgoing calls are fine
Incoming calls result in a "WARNING Session [0000019403190A70] will be declined" from liblinphone, which in turn becomes a "488 not acceptable here" from Linphone.

What is the correct configuration required on Asterisk 20 (pjsip) to receive calls on Linphone?
I have tried enabling/disabling ice, avpf, srtp in both ends without luck.
For other phone types we have ice disabled, and avpf, srtp, tls enabled.
