Ch 4: pkg git url should have .git suffix #51

This snippet does not work, I had to add .git suffix to make it succeed:

(v1.6) pkg> add https://github.com/BenLauwens/ThinkJulia.jl

(v1.6) pkg> add https://github.com/BenLauwens/ThinkJulia.jl.git
