[Feature]: Lago integration, get email instead of ids

The documentation says various ids https://docs.litellm.ai/docs/proxy/billing but there isn't a way to get the user email.

It should be enough a parameter in this function but I am not sure how to get the user email in that code

Motivation, pitch

In LiteLLM user ids are not understable, e35d9775-dced-4bc3-8196-0d6ae9e4b78b doesn't say who is the user and if you have a SSO doens't make sense and you can't match it with a SSO.
