Will there be an update to 7.0.2 in the near future so that it will downloadable via the repository?

I can see that there's a v7.0.2 here on github but if I try to download the skin via the repository in Kodi, it still is v6.1.0, is this normal? Can I somehow install it manually? This skin is simply the best, I'm even considering downgrading Kodi so that it works with v6.1.0.

it is a real tragedy that BigNoid is not coming up with a newer version.

In general for me, Kodi in its entirety is going a very bad and arrogant way
letting down the best skin ever. I’ve tried the new two favorite kodi skins
but I’m staying here forever with Aeon Nox in version 6.1.0.
I’m using the trick in the the addon.xml in line 4: you have to change
the version 5.12.0 to version 5.14.0 like this:
<import addon="xbmc.gui" version="5.14.0“/> and it will work kodi 18.1.
I’ve tried also the version 7.0.2 but it had some flaws over the 6.1.0 version.
To me it seemed that version 7.0.2 was made very sloppy because some
features are missing. For downloading it here take the "krypton" branch
and change the version number as mentioned and put the whole bunch
of files in the "skin.aeon.nox.5" folder inside your kodi personal folder
and it will work fine...

Ah, thanks for the clarification, and fast reply! I think I'll do the trick as you say in the add-on.xml file in v6.1.0, especially if there's missing features in the 7.0.2 version like you say.. damn, it's sad indeed.

Thanks for the instructions, I'll try them out this afternoon, and hopefully we'll see a better/fixed v7.x in the near future :)
