Hi community,

rececntly i used concoct to binning our metagenome assembly. Unfortunately, it occur some error when used extract_fasta_bins.py,
it seemly resulted by seq id difference/fix cause by some script.

PS. my assembly software is metaspade, and it not influce binning, i just report it.
