Remove inappropriate projects

There are many projects in the list just for hacktoberfest. These projects don't add any values to open source community. They should be removed from the list. There are some projects like first-bit which are not actual projects but guides to get started with open-source. IMHO these projects are also inappropriate. Of course, one can contribute to these projects by adding improvements. The list should contain the Open source projects which are actively managed and used by others.
