Wrong description upon restart if quickstart is disabled #1576

I have quickstart disabled and if i load a config and restart Amiberry afterwards, it shows a wrong description.

See the screenshot attached.

To reproduce:

Give config a description and save
Start config
Use restart button to restart Amiberry
Amiberry shows name of config correctly but uses a wrong description
