[FEATURE] Add default .env files for several cases

• Feature, add a non existing functionality
• descripe in few words as possible what the assignee has todo

Current state (required)

Currently there is only one default .env file it is called .env,example.
When deploying the app somewhere for the first time it is a pain to do the initial setup. With having multiple default files it should be easier to install the app

Desired state (required)

multiple .env with custom default settings. (see tasks below)

What has to be done to fix it? (required)

• Add .env.prod
• Add .env.dev
• Add .env.default
