Subject text box option

This isn't a big deal, but maybe an option in settings would be cool.

We can't send subjects though. Not until we can do it via the private API. I could just make the subject part of the actual message, but then it would be meaningless

Would this be easier to implement in a jailbreak tweak version? SMServer has this option but iOS has it whereas macOS doesn't

Uhh, it would be just as easy in the jailbreak version as in the macforge bundle

This is backlogged because we need to have the Private API bundle updated to handle this.
