The text-contrast isn’t correct on Secondary and some Sample Designs, and I have no idea where that weird blue button came from in My Designs

This issue was partially addressed. An issue still exists when the button class is .button-primary. This occurs after importing starter content.

@nicolepaschen is this issue still occurring? I tried to replicate it and was unable to.

The text-contrast has been fixed but the weird blue button remains - Starter Content installs only.
