Sticky Headers & live preview #564

I created a custom sticky header and assigned it to the homepage only. I was on the homepage in the live preview but when I scrolled down I did not see the sticky header until I saved and closed the Customizer.

If you set a sticky header to be hidden, it still shows in the live preview until you save and close the Customizer
